What ideas, beliefs, and values do you internalize every day?

For most of my life, I've sought new experiences. New books to read, new ideas to think about, and new projects to begin. I was taught to believe that doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results was nothing short of insanity.
If something didn't work in my past, I thought I had to find something that did. However, I didn't stop to consider whether what I needed most was consistency. Not just consistency in my efforts, but within the ideas I internalize every day.
Even a lie told often enough can seem like the truth. When I thought about what to make of my life in high school, what came to my mind was what my dad told me time and time again. Not because it's what I felt was the most authentic to me or what seemed like my best path forward, but because it's what I heard the most often.
What ideas, beliefs, and values are you internalizing every day?
If you truly want to make a lasting transformation in your life, practice internalizing the ideas that find and inspire you. When you come across an idea that resonates within your soul, write it down and capture it in your journal. Read it again. Feel it again. Write it again. Memorize it. Don't just let it become another good idea. Make it a part of you.
Pretty soon, it will take root in your mind and begin to surface when you make your decisions. Practiced consistently enough, it will bear fruit and show up in the circumstances you've created, inspiring others to plant its seeds in their own life.
